Warehouse Engineering Project Implementation
Warehouse Engineering assumes responsibility for the total
installation and checkout of your entire system. We maintain a
trained and experienced installation team whose sole responsibility
is the proper installation of your system no matter what the scope,
size or location. Our seasoned installation team has excelled in
continually implementing quality systems that:
- work as designed
- are completed on time
- are on budget
In order to perform the implementation of your system and provide
operations and maintenance training for your team, Warehouse
Engineering will perform the following activities:
- Inspect your installation site evaluating such conditions as
overhead clearance, building column locations, floor conditions
and location of existing services (air, power).
- Develop a mutually agreeable plan for staging, temporary
storage and movement of material during the installation. A
schedule of activities will be prepared and documented by the
Warehouse Engineering Project Manager.
- Provide a trash dumpster for the daily disposal and removal of
any trash generated by the installation work. The work area will
be maintained to allow for a hazard free and clear work area.
- Erect the entire system including adjustment and test of all
functions.
- Drawings will be updated on the completion of installation to
reflect as-built changes.
- Conduct system operations training classes for your team that
includes daily startup procedures, safety checks and correct
operations of system equipment.
- Conduct system maintenance training classes for your team that
include routine operational system testing, identification of
system wear components, mechanical system maintenance, electrical
system maintenance, control system maintenance and general system
troubleshooting procedures.
- If your desire is to outsource the ongoing maintenance of your
system, we will provide a customized maintenance program designed
to reduce the cost of ownership of your system equipment and also
provide for safe and reliable systems operations.
